USA - Tax - Tax Technology and Transformation (TTT) - Products - Analyst

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Analyst with TTT Products may include:

• Taking ownership of assigned work and seeing it through to completion, with strong attention to detail and quality.

• Identifying opportunities to streamline repetitive processes through automation using current and emerging technologies.

• Assisting in translating business and user needs into clear, practical requirements that help shape product development.

• Contributing creative ideas to improve the user experience and make products more intuitive and effective.

• Supporting feature testing and quality review to help ensure a smooth, reliable experience before release.

• Providing project support to team members to help ensure the timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Exploring emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, and supporting the development of business cases for their implementation.

• Working with data to support analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or an Accounting major and a double major/minor in a technology related field, supported by a strong academic record.

• 3.0 cumulative college/university GPA.

• Sharp problem-solving skills, paired with critical and strategic thinking, including the ability to step back, ask "what should we do next?", and identify opportunities to improve the way work gets done.

• An entrepreneurial approach to work and creativity to imagine better ways of doing things.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage competing deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

• An interest working in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.

• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

• You must reside within a commutable distance of the office location associated with this position.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Cumulative college/university GPA of 3.2 or above.

• A product and user-oriented mindset with genuine curiosity about how people use a product, and a creative, detail-minded approach to making it better.

• Curiosity about how emerging technology, including AI, is changing the way work gets doneand an interest in finding new opportunities to work smarter.

• A solid understanding of how data is structured and how data relationships work, along with familiarity with common data management principles.

• Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $78,000 to $100,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
