• A predicted MBA degree from a leading business school, or a breadth and depth of equivalent and relevant work and educational experience

• Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment

• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs

• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites; a driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future

• The expectation for this role is in person teaming, at client site or in an EY office, a minimum of 60% of the time or on average 3 days a week over the course of an engagement, project or performance year

Ideally, you will have

• 2+ years of full-time experience exemplified through a record of achievement with previous employer(s)

• Outstanding academic performance, including coursework relevant to the position, such as quantitative courses in finance, mathematics, business, economics, biologic sciences, computer science, or engineering

• The ability to conduct detailed analysis (using both client data and external information) on products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities

• A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• The ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for our clients

• The ability and the confidence to establish meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues

• Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

• Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot

• For some parts of our business – including our Software Strategy Group (SSG) – knowledge of coding, AI technologies and emerging AI models is beneficial

• An interest in digital innovation, data analytics, and technology trends across industries

The base salary for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $190,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
