Your key responsibilities
EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology and infrastructure challenges. As an intern, you willhelp drive transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals – bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
Whether your strengths lie in business strategy or technology delivery, you will have the unique opportunity to align with either our TA&D Businessor TA&D Technology Strategy team to specialize in the area that best fits you.
In theTA&D Businesspractice, you will partner directly with clients to plan, design, deliver and deploy transformative solutions. Your work will center on directing strategic transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, leveraging Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum to manage risk and resources across workstreams. You will also shape governance models and portfolio strategies that align with organizational objectives, while crafting compelling business cases and ideation frameworks to secure executive buy-in. Through performance management and storytelling techniques, you will help clients achieve measurable value realization at every stage of their transformation journey.
In the TA&D Technology Strategy practice, you will help guide clients in shaping the strategic direction for technology within their organization. You'll design and implement operating models and improved processes that leverage leading-edge technologies and concepts like Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation and Blockchain—working across environments such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud and ERP to drive cost optimization and advanced data modeling that enhance performance and scalability. From large-scale IT transformations to design, assessments, optimization and process improvement engagements, you will support complex initiatives that make a lasting impact for clients.

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must:
Be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Finance or a relevant discipline, supported by a strong academic record.
Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients.
Understand that the expectation for this role is in person teaming, at a client site or in an EY office, on average 3 days a week depending on the needs of the engagement, project or practice area.
Have access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
Be able and willing to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.
Ideally you:
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
Are a purpose-driven and growth-oriented professional with a passion for learning, a collaborative mindset and a proven ability to innovate, adapt and leverage technology to drive meaningful change in dynamic business environments.
Have proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology and demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Have working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Copilot, ChapGPT and Replit.
Are familiar with programming languages including, but not limited to: Java, C++ and R.
Have experience managing timelines, applying project management frameworks and working within agile environments.
Adapt and are flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Have effective stakeholder engagement skills.

The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $35.63 - $43.39 per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
