Your key responsibilities

You will support deal teams working directly with clients ranging from corporate management teams to business owners beginning on day one. Working at EYCA provides you the opportunity to develop highly specialized investment banking skills and build a network of industry, private equity, law firm and banking contacts. If you’re looking for a hands-on role that will open up new opportunities based on your skills, interests and ambitions, this role is for you.
Whether it’s performing industry research, analyzing detailed financial statements, writing an offering memorandum, identifying potential investors or building complex valuation or leveraged finance models, you’ll use a diverse range of tools and techniques – so each day will present new challenges. As an Intern at EYCA, you’ll be given significant responsibility and attain the skills and experience to become a thoughtful, strategic advisor.
